A perfect profile showing just how closely this Pygmy Seahorse blends in with a sea fan it clings to. It will live it's entire life on the same fan. The species was discovered when its host Gorgonian sea fan (a coral colony) was examined in a lab. Up to 3/4" (2cm). This one was photographed in the Solomon Islands.
